It's Mr Hissey again. Last time we looked at a basic introduction to FORCES in the form of pushes and pulls. Today we will look at the force of GRAVITY. Watch the following videos to remind yourself of what gravity is.
Task: Write a short explanation for how gravity is acting upon each of the objects in these pictures.
Challenge
Research the following question - Is the force of gravity on the moon stronger or weaker than on the earth?
How would this affect a person that travelled to the surface of the moon?
